Healthy New Year's resolutions for children and adolescents

The beginning of a new year is a good time to help your children form good habits that will ensure a happy, healthy and safe new year.

Creating New Year's resolutions can be a fun way to do it!
It is important to set healthy goals with your children and be realistic about those goals. Depending on their age you can make a bulletin board with drawings or pictures to make it more motivating. Make resolutions together: choose maybe one or two goals that you want to set as your New Year's resolutions.

The following list are ideas for you to discuss with your children and put into practice according to their age.
